These aren’t old-school bar ends for adding another hand position while climbing. Wolf Tooth Locked-In Bar Ends sit just outside the grips, giving the outside edge of your hand a solid place to brace against when the trail gets rough. That extra support lets you steer and push against the bars without having to squeeze the grips as hard, while the forward-swept shape adds some protection for the pinky side of your hand in tight terrain. An expanding internal wedge keeps them planted in the handlebar, and the angle can be adjusted to match your natural hand position.

Compatibility Notes 

• Most carbon and aluminum mountain bike handlebars with an internal diameter of 18.0 mm or greater are compatible

• Grips must have an open end. Many closed-end grips can be modified by punching the end open

• Some grips with an internal plastic lip may require modification before they can slide far enough inboard

• Wolf Tooth does not recommend grips with an outboard lock-on clamp, particularly when that clamp incorporates the bar end

• Hope 35R Carbon handlebars are not compatible

• Deity Speedway Carbon and Chromag BZA Carbon handlebars have internal steps and may have fit limitations depending on whether the bar has been cut
