Among all their products, Mammut may be respected most around the world for their ropes.They own the factory which does bi-color so they cost less. Most brands don't want to pay Mammut to do it, so they leave this important feature out. There is no downside. Bi-color ropes make many tasks safer and faster. Find the middle faster. Notice which end to tie in faster. Identify the middle easier. Mammut ropes have also been very durable for me, where other brands get stiffer or ratty over time. They don't seem to get ratty or stiff no matter how many years pass. .
