The Therm-a-Rest Trail ProLite balances backpack-friendly weight and packability with the comfort of a self-inflating foam sleeping pad. Its 2-inch StrataCore™ construction combines a continuous layer of thermal foam with alternating ridges of air and foam to improve warmth without excessive bulk.

With an R-value of 3.8, the Trail ProLite is designed for three-season backpacking and camping. The self-inflating foam does most of the work at camp, while the WingLock™ valve provides high airflow and one-way inflation for easier setup and deflation.
