The Therm-a-Rest Z Lite SOL is a lightweight, exceptionally durable closed-cell foam sleeping pad built for backpacking, camping and minimalist sleep systems. Its reflective ThermaCapture™ surface works with heat-trapping dimples to increase warmth, while the accordion-style construction folds quickly into a compact, easy-to-carry package.

With an R-value of 2.0, the Z Lite SOL works well on its own in warmer conditions or underneath another sleeping pad for added insulation and protection from punctures. Softer foam on top adds comfort while denser foam underneath improves durability.
