Hellbender 70 Visco is a patented steering stabilizer headset designed to make bicycles safer and easier to control by inhibiting the high frequency steering oscillation known as speed wobble. It also makes the handling of heavily loaded bikes more stable and predictable. Stabilization is provided by a stack of damping plates built into the headset, separated by a viscous carbon gel, that helps riders maintain control, reduce fatigue and ride with confidence. 

Great for e-bikes, cargo bikes, loaded touring, and commuting. 

Not designed for aggressive mountain bike use.

Our engineering and product development team did all the hard work for you – just enjoy the ride. All Hellbender 70 Visco Headsets are assembled with a “mid-tune” damping setting preset.

If you need to increase or decrease the level of damping all Hellbender 70 Visco headsets are tunable to fit your personal needs.
