Of course the LTe is an “e” MTB. But it’s been designed to be a killer MTB first. And you can tell. Built around the World Cup-winning suspension that athletes and editors around the globe are calling “one of the best-performing mountain bike suspension” they’ve ever ridden. Sixfinity is how the LTe makes speed. 

Tuned to race. Racing optional. 
Winning the E-EDR World Cup taught us a lot. And we put all that experience into the tune of Sixfinity which is optimized for the Bosch CX drive unit power traits and total system weight. On LTe, all six bars of the linkage control the wheel path and the shock rate. Sixfinity allows for far greater independence when tuning for acceleration and deceleration, traction, and supportive suspension characteristics unique to the demands of an eMTB.

Acceleration response: Tuned for full power E. 
We tune the pedaling efficiency (anti-squat) of Sixfinity at sag to maintain the same efficiency seen with Switch Infinity. Because the LTe rocks such a powerful drive unit, we scale the anti-squat curve values lower than any other bike in our quiver. So it can be set free to fully flow. It feels simply insane. Plus, as the Switch Link moves up, pedaling support is provided where desired, with a higher anti-squat centered at sag extending across the pedaling zone. As the Switch link moves down, the anti-squat sharply drops off for descending performance.

Deceleration Response: Predictable control. 
We tune anti-rise to remain consistent throughout suspension travel with a linear curve. Why? The LTe’s linear anti-rise strikes the ideal balance between active suspension and geometry preservation when braking. It’s this trait – combined with the switching behavior of the acceleration response – that puts Sixfinity in a performance class all its own.

Tunable leverage. Get it like you like it. 
With the LTe, you can adjust the Sixfinity progression rate to fine tune to your riding style and shock choice with the flip of a chip. Choose racy and consistent, balanced, or plush then poppy with more bottom-out resistance. In all settings, the linear shape of the LTe suspension rates will provide consistent, confidence-inspiring predictability.

Preserved geo adjustability. 
Running a mixed wheel set up with a 29er front wheel and 27.5 wheel in the back is easily adjusted with a flip chip. Geometry is fully retained, along with ride characteristics and ability to still adjust leverage rates.

Carbon layup enhanced with DH-tough Vectran plies. 
The LTe carbon fiber frame is enhanced with Vectran plies, a high-performance multifilament like Kevlar that offers exceptional impact resistance and contributes to overall strength. 

Frame protection for clean linkage and impact resistance. 
To protect against rock strikes, the LTe features a downtube guard that doubles as an access door, facilitating battery swaps and service access to internally routed cables. 

Range extender compatibility. 
Dig those missions where you just keep going and going? The LTe is compatible with the aftermarket PowerMore Range Extender (sizes MD-XL). PowerMore pack adds 250 watt hours and uses a 200mm cable length.

Power to do it. 
The LTe T4 build kit is max-equipped with Bosch’s CX-R drive unit. Delivering the same power output as the Bosch CX drive unit but a power tune that’s optimized for racing. And CX-R delivers this in a lighter weight package that makes you feel invincible. Geek on it: 100Nm of torque. 750 Watts. 800Wh battery. Or save a bit of weight for quicker missions with 600Wh aftermarket compatibility.

Centered for speed. 
We increased reach by 5mm per size from the 160e, and slackedened the head angle to mirror our World Cup winning Enduro bike. More confidence and stability when choosing to go through the chunder,
rather than around.

Higher stack.
A longer head tube increases stack height, encouraging a more upright riding position that builds confidence on steep terrain while creating better overall balance. Along with the new Yeti 35 Rise carbon handlebar, riders have a fast and modern fit.

That long wheelbase. 
Fast lines are often straight, regardless of what’s in the way. A longer wheelbase delivers even more confidence and stability when choosing to go through the chunder, rather than around.
