This unique approach to board design was developed by Thrive founder Doug Fagel after years of teaching, coaching and product testing. Doug built his first board in 2001 with board builder Greg Wrobble. Then after years of developing board concepts and designs the vision became a reality when Thrive launched on August 6, 2012. Now Thrive Snowboards is in it's second phase with complete redesigns across all models. As well as the expansion of the line with the Thrive Wilderness boards. The Wilderness line will feature boards designed for the backcountry and riding powder. New model start shipping this winter.
