FROM THE MANUFACTURER

New for this season, the RAZE R has the same features as the CARBON version, but with a frame made of aluminum alloy. It’s so adept at climbing that that when it’s time to head downhill you’ll be stunned by its levels of shock absorption and manageability. Fun is quite simply one of the RAZE R’s greatest strengths. With 150mm of travel at the front and 130mm at the back, the RAZE R features a Fox 36 Float fork mated with a Fox Float shock; SRAM GX/SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain; Mavic Crossmax XL wheels; SRAM G2 brakes; and ONOFF components.

Made of STEALTH ALUMINIUM the new RAZE and RAZE R, are two Trail models with 150mm travel forks, and 130mm rear travel provided by our ZERO SUSPENSION SYSTEM. A new version that follows the most aggressive Trail philosophy as we here at Mondraker understand it, that “mini-Foxy” bike concept with great shock absorption, agility and pedaling efficiency.

Suspension Travel

Rear travel is set at 130mm, a very balanced figure for our most versatile mountain bike, coupled with a 150mm fork keeping things under control at the front thanks to generous stanchion diameters (a 35mm RockShox 35 on the RAZE and a 36mm Fox 36 on the RAZE R).

Suspension Platform

Zero Suspension System
ZERO is a virtual pivot suspension system with an exclusive dual link design. The most unique and exclusive feature of ZERO is that the shock floats between the two suspension links and is compressed from both ends. This makes the rear suspension extremely supple on small bumps and big hit capable, really the most acknowledgeable and astounding feature of every Mondraker full suspension bike.

ZERO superior technologies’ main advantages are Zero power loss -a completely stable ride when pedalling-, Zero pedal kickback-minimum chain growth throughout the suspension travel-, Zero brake jack –isolated braking and suspension forces- and what we call Zero bumps, its great ability to soak up any type of bump keeping the rear wheel efficiently planted on the ground.
