The Black Diamond Whippet Ski Pole is a three section pole with a removable steel pick. The pole is designed for steep, no-fall terrain where extra traction is required. When you have reached the decent, or are back in more stable terrain, you can remove the pick with the ClickLock and continue your trip with a light, strong, and durable forged aluminum pole. T

he Whippet is easily packable due to its three-section design, making it ideal for splitboarding, while the redesigned FlickLock Pro adjustability is lighter and stronger and easier to use.
