This book is one of three books that will serve as comprehensive guides to bouldering in the Lake Tahoe Area. Why three books? Simple: There are too many areas in and around Lake Tahoe to fit in one. We have divided the books into three zones. North/West, South/East and Outlying Areas. This will make each book smaller and easier to carry and allow for a much more in depth coverage of each area. Writing a guidebook for such a vast and spread out area is no easy task and this effort has been many years in the making. The wait will be well worth it as the Lake Tahoe area will finally get the guidebooks it deserves.
